The Process
Creative direction
The first step in getting your song to sound as you imagine it in your head, we must first get to know you as an artist, and what you sound you want us to execute for you. That’s where our innitial discussion and your notes will play a major role in which will set the overall precedent of the final project.
File delivery
You’ll need to upload your audio files (stem files) using a file transfer delivery service such as Dropbox, WeTransfer, or HighTail. I accept Pro Tools sessions, or more typically audio stems. For a more detailed explanation of how I prefer to receive audio assets, please click below.
Mix & Master
With all the previous steps being done correctly, this is when I’ll begin my creative process. The turn around time will vary depending on the work being done, with mixes being delivered between 3-5 days with an option for a 2 day rush delivery.
Revisions
I encourage clients to listen to the song in as many environments as possible. When sending in revisions the more detailed your notes, the better (timing, track names, etc).
Approval
Once approved I’ll deliver the finished stereo mastered song in both .wav and mp3 format to be uploaded to any streaming platform or other platform to share.
